A city full of extremely poor citizens depending on a princess that will do anything to keep her citizens sane, like making tv shows with her friends to broadcast all over the big rusty city, or making videogames (mostly Bootlegs) and lastly, giving her citizens great ideas on finding or growing food around them.
The city look is mostly old, rusty. Looking mostly empty with some people hanging out in alleyway cafés and stuff. And not really that vibrant either. Mostly looking really desaturated.
